Weight Loss Journal: -7.5 lbs and falling fast

According to my tracker, I've already lost about 7.5lbs and I'm quickly approaching my goal...too quickly. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that I'm finally taking my health seriously and getting healthy but I'm even more excited about the fact that an inanimate object cares enough to tell me it's okay to go slow.

As much as I'd love to be back to the weight listed on my drivers license right now, I'm going to stick with the plan and really do this the right way. I'm loving life, I'm loving my body and I'm letting it know how much I love it by taking my time and going slow.
